Is the item in stock?

All items available to order on the site are considered to be in stock. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of such and of the potential backorder ship date.

How can I pay for my order?

Orders may be paid by credit card only (Visa or Mastercard) via PayPal. Once your payment has been accepted you will receive an order acknowledgement. Please keep a copy of this for future reference.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

You can send your order to any address within your billing address country. If you need to change your existing registered delivery address you will need to amend your registration details. Please return to the registration area and re–enter the revised delivery address before resubmitting your registration details.

Can I ship my order to another country?

Currently we are only able to ship orders within your billing address country.

How can I cancel/amend my order?

Once your order is paid, items are despatched promptly so it is not possible to amend your order. However should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, please refer to our section on returning items.
